COOBER PEDY, OODNADATTA, WILLIAM CREEK

Coober Pedy .........fascinating. Underground lifestyle very different. With it being so hot while we were here, underground seemed the place to be. We didn't strike it reach with any of our fossicking.

We ventured out to "the Breakaways" at sunrise. The trip was worth it. Scenery magnificent. "Priscilla, Queen of the Desert" was made out there.

The Dingo Fence was out here, it stretches from the Darling Downs in QLD to the cliffs of the Nullabor Plain

We hitched a ride on the mail run out of Coober Pedy. Day to remember, up the Oodnadatta track stopping at outback stations and of course a couple of great outback pubs.

  1. If you have a minute, I’d really appreciate it if you took a look at Emily’s Virtual Rocket. This is a serious newsblog which has been taken from e-newspapers and e-magazines from around the world, with an emphasis on transgender issues. Also, with his election, I look for articles which critique Donald Trump.
