Sitting by the Chookpen having a drink we were greeted with a magnificent sunset. We dropped everything and headed to the beach.
Cliffs along the coastline at Kalbarri. More anxious moments for the elder member.
Looking back to Kalbarri
Heading southwards back towards Geraldton, we stopped in at Port Gregory, a sleepy fishing village with an amazing pink lake on its outskirts.
The amazing pink lake
Further south, we dropped in at Coronation Beach for a few days and were treated to some of the most incredible sunsets imaginable. Night after night, just like these.
View from the loo
2 feral cats had a blue under the Chookpen one night at Coronation Beach which was an experience. It was time to leave.
Back in Geraldton, we had another poke around and did our shopping before heading eastwards to discover parts of the north east wheatbelt.
